Alexise Djoma

Founder & Director

Alexise Djoma is the Founder and Director of Dulles Executive Lifestyle & Staffing Agency, where she oversees company operations, staffing standards, and client relationships in support of ID/DD residential group homes across Northern Virginia.

With a strong background in Human Resources and Operational Support, Alexise adopts a structured, compliance-focused approach to non-medical residential staffing. She understands the operational challenges faced by group home administrators, including staffing shortages, call-outs, regulatory requirements, and the need for reliable coverage that safeguards both residents and organizations.

As Founder and Director, Alexise provides direct leadership in staff coordination, onboarding standards, and service delivery. She collaborates closely with client partners to ensure continuity, responsiveness, and professional alignment within each care setting. Her leadership highlights accountability, clear communication, and respect for the individuals and teams she serves.

Andree Fouaty

Director of Client & Staffing Operations

Andree Fouaty Cervetti is the Director of Client & Staffing Operations at Dulles Executive Lifestyle & Staffing Agency, where she manages daily staffing coordination and client communication for residential group home partners.

In this role, Andree helps ensure continuity, responsiveness, and reliable coverage across the homes supported. She works closely with caregivers, CNAs, and DSPs to confirm availability, monitor reliability, and reinforce professional standards aligned with each care environment. She also serves as a secondary point of contact for group home administrators, supporting timely communication and resolving issues as needed.

Andree brings a calm, detail-oriented, and professional approach to operations. She understands the importance of consistency, clear communication, and accountability in residential care settings, and she helps maintain stable, respectful environments for both residents and staff.

Working closely with the Founder/Director, Andree strengthens the agency’s commitment to reliable staffing, operational stability, and trusted client relationships.
